Shipping
All orders have a 7-10 working day processing time before being shipped. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Public Holidays. Please do not worry if you have not heard from us during the processing time, we are working on getting your order ready for shipping and you will receive your tracking number as soon as possible.
If you have an urgent order please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We use ONE shipping method with Fed Ex.
Fed Ex door to door
This is the fastest and most reliable available to us, we do not ship with any other company due to packages getting lost. If you find the cost of shipping too pricey, you can come collect from our studio/get someone to collect and send through another company. Please email: nastashaminyonsale@gmail.com

Please make sure that your delivery address is an address where there will always be someone who can accept your package. In the event that the customer is unavailable to accept delivery on multiple attempts, the courier will return the package back to us. In this case, you will need to pay an additional fee to have your order shipped a second time. If the customer is unwilling to pay for shipping again, we will issue a refund, but shipping and credit card fees will be deducted from the total amount.
LATE DELIVERY
We use the fastest possible shipping methods available to us and generally orders are placed, processed and delivered within 7 working days. Should there be any unforeseen delays in delivery and your order is not delivered within 30 days, we will refund your order for the amount of the goods purchased, but will not refund the cost of the shipping.
Please note that we do not process orders and Fed Ex do not deliver on the following occasions:
1. Public Holidays
2. Weekends
3. 24 December - 3 January
The information below is for shipping Skulls Abroad I am working on opening up the option to ship abroad as soon as possible but for now the skulls are only available domestically.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SHIPPING CITES II SKULLS ABROAD.
I ship ALL products with FEDEX, world-wide, door to door delivery, at an unbeatable rate. Due to the nature of the skulls, permits may be required for foreign customers.
This only Applies to CITES II animals
If you, personally, want to export out of South Africa:
CITES, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, regulates the trade in wildlife products. CITES II listed specimens (such as f.ex. baboons, vervets, crocodiles, caracals, tortoises and most parrot species) require a CITES export permit when taken out of South Africa. You can obtain such an export-permit from your nearest CITES office/CapeNature: http://www.capenature.co.za/permits-information/

If the Skull has been noted as a CITES II listed specimen. Information of this nature will be noted in the product description of each skull.
I will need a CITES export permits for CITES II listed specimens. Export permits are issued in the name of the buyer and are valid for 6 months. Some countries require a matching import permit, it is up to you to check this information.
Although I endeavour to process all applications as speedily and as efficiently as possible, the usual turnaround period to issue most permits is 5 – 10 working days from receipt of a complete application. Once application has been issued I will notify you and if required by your country you must apply for a matching permit.
In this case, an estimated over-all processing time for delivery of Skull is 2-3 weeks.
An express service fee is also available for these applications where the turnaround period is 24 working hours from receipt of a complete application.
ALL PERMITS AND EXPRESS SERVICE FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL TO NASTASHAMINYONSALE BEFORE PERMITS ARE APPLIED FOR.
Costs of permits vary and therefore will be individually discussed.
